HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE (BENDING & BEADING)
The Hydraulic Press brakes are suitable for Edge bending. The most widely used method is air bending as different angles can be formed with the same set of tools with less tonnage.
The press brake is especially designed for edge bending of S.S Kitchen Sink.
HYDRAULIC HOLE CUTTING PRESS
Hydraulic Hole Cutting Press is a Single Action hydraulic Press which is Compact, Highly Rigid to avoid any Deflection during operation/load, space saving, high speed press. The machine is also suitable for various operation like Cold Forming, Coining, Trimming, Stamping, Blanking, Embossing, Bending used in Stainless Steel Sink Industries, Automobile Industries etc.
The Press is specially designed for various Hole Cutting requires in S.S Kitchen Sink after Deep Drawing.
HYDRAULIC STAMPING PRESS
Stamping Press is a Single Action Hydraulic Press which is Compact, Highly rigid to avoid any Deflection during Operation/load, Space saving, High speed press suitable for operation like Cold Forming, Coining, Trimming, Stamping, Blanking, Embossing, Bending used in Stainless Steel Sink Industries, Automobile Industries etc.
The press is specially designed for brand name embossing on S.S Kitchen Sink after Deep Drawing.
POWER PRESS FOR CORNER CUTTING
The Mechanical Press is composed by thick steel sheets cut by sinking welded and stress-relived before machining, so as to eliminate any residual tensions. The machine is having graded cast iron Slide, runs on six independent extra long Gibs with replaceable liners, bearing clearance bronze on the gibs are easily adjustable.
The Automatic lubrication of all moving parts of the machine is controlled by a central pump through capillary distributive system. This machine is used for Corner Cutting of the S.S Kitchen Sinks.

4) Embossing Die Set
We are using the graded Cast Iron with high compressive strength for long life. We are having adequate in-house facilities to manufacture the Dies. Latest CNC-VMC machine and other before manufacturing like Solid Works which automatically generates the “Iges” and “Parasolid” files which are directly used in CNC machines for manufacture with high precision and accuracy.
